Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) ** after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that this does not include shipping time. Custom or engraved items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 CAD within Canada.

 

Delivery Timelines

The following are estimated delivery times after your order has been processed and shipped. These are estimates and not guarantees, as delays can occur with carriers, especially during peak seasons or due to weather.

Order Tracking & Support

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

International Shipping (For US Customers)

Please note that all prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Customers are responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the merchandise price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict what these charges will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via Canada Post. Express shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

 

Signature Requirement

For your security, all orders over $300 CAD will require a signature upon delivery. You will be able to authorize a "leave at door" or other delivery instructions through the carrier's tracking portal if available.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Yuan Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. If you have any concerns about the security of your delivery address, we highly recommend using an address where you can personally accept the delivery (e.g., a workplace) or opting for in-store pickup if available. Title to, and risk of loss of, any products you purchase from us passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier or force majeure events.

If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will initiate a trace with the carrier.

 

In-Store Pickup

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our store (TBD). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID.
